2001 NRHA Open Futurity Finalist. His
sire, Topsail Whiz, is an NRHA Million Dollar sire, and his dam, Blonde At
The Bar is
an NRHA World Champion and
Open Futurity and Derby Finalist. Mark
This Spot is another NRHA futurity finalist and APHA world champion in
reining and bridleless western pleasure.
In addition to his pedigree, Whiz boasts a beautiful buckskin color,
incredible conformation, and well-developed muscles. He is friendly, curious, and calm. With his color and bloodlines, this colt is
will make a great breeding stallion. Whiz has been in reining training with Dell Hendricks since January
2010. Dell thinks he has one of the
best spins in the country right now for a horse his age, and Hendricks
Reining Horses is pleased with his progress.
We were there to visit him in Tioga, TX, in July 2010, and he looked
really good! He’s big and pretty, with
a calm, easygoing disposition that’s made him very easy to train. We’re very proud of him, and can’t wait to
see him in the show ring next year! Whiz is nominated for the NRBC, Futurity, and Derby.

Eclipse Lucy is a friendly, bold, and beautiful filly. Her sire, Sacred Indian (now deceased) is a
multiple world champion and multiple world champion sire – Lucy, who is the
product of frozen semen, is part of his last foal crop. Sacred Indian did everything from race to
rope to jump to rein. Lucy is showing
the same smarts and athletic potential – she runs fast, jumps, chases the
goat, and is always looking for her next adventure. Everybody who meets her falls in love with
her sweet but spunky personality and her sense of humor. She should be a great jumping and
all-around prospect, and then a fabulous broodmare. She has had lots of groundwork training, is
a very fast learner, and will be started under saddle in the fall of 2010. Lucy is APHA Breeders Trust
enrolled.
